Mother Goose Meets Father Time: Their Poem

A Dreaming Nursery Rhyme

In the beginning there was go
as green as water seen
without the light of sky.

It energized the ground
and soon monopolized
an emanating eye.

Conceptualizing to
no end, it baked the tree
that ate an apple pie.
