An Imaginary Horror Story
Imagine that you were
awaking from a nightmare
filled with terrible
creations fashioned by
the hand of someone mad
and alien to every
curvature of heart.
Imagine you were half-
asleep despite your best
attempt to leave that troubled
dream. Imagine that
the loved ones in your mind
were populating that
appalling territory
yet and all you wanted
in the world was just
to rescue them from such
horrendous fate. But all
could be all well and good
if only you would wake
and see that it’s not real.
